the crystal voice spills ruby laughter...

her gems

alight upon a rose

of fire, of ice

blossom bud

deep red tipped

wound

wound

tightly

softly

fastidiously

firmly

the edged crimson

petals quiver

gently curving

and brighten

into pearly laughter

as the lucid voice

of rubies transforms

her sound into

gleeful diamond

waves of velvet

unfolding

the blossom caught off guard,

hesitates, motionless

then trembles,

bursts forth

into diaphanous fragrance

as the crystal music tumbles

into the hallway and dissolves...

i am in love

It is said that younger women have a "thing" for older men...

I'll admit it is true for myself. For mine a love, an inner beauty

to treasure, appreciate

a view so rare in the young,

I walked out of my building in the usual hurry

right before me

the meth junkie

turned into a tumbleof disjointed muscle contortions

he was so high

it was painful to see

and he was so sensitive

rather than me moving in fear

away from him

to be that high

is to be so sensitive

that even the smallest

of feelings can be overwhelming

memories stilled insided me

all i could hope is that he would find
